1. Half of purchase price due at the conclusion of sale.

2. Half of the remaining balance due on or before August 1, 2008.

3. Remaining balance due at time of picking up weaned calf.

Seller agrees to do everything possible to deliver a live calf but cannot be held responsible for an act of God (lighting strike, fallen tree, etc.)

If in the event an Act of God buyer will NOT be responsible for paying any balance due but seller IS NOT responsible for reimbursement of any money’s paid to date by buyer.

Conditions of Sale:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and fees unless otherwise stated by seller.

Payment is due within 7 days of Closing auction and picked up within two weeks.
