Seller agrees to do everything possible to deliver a live calf but cannot be held responsible for an act of God (lighting strike, fallen tree, etc.)
If
in the event an Act of God buyer will NOT be responsible for paying any balance
due but seller IS NOT responsible for reimbursement of any money’s paid
to date by buyer.
