BREEDERS STATEMENT:
We bucked all of these calves one time about 45 days ago
and had it on disc but in trying to figure everything out on how to do all
of this my film maker my wife left it on her desk in front of our computer.
The grand kids came over playing games on the computer and at the end of the
day we had a smashed and broken disc. So I will give you a truthful

If buyer's elect to do so they can pay out their purchase over a

90 day period.

If they meet the reserve price we will divide that amount by three. First
payment is due within seven days of sale end which is June 1st, second
payment will be due on or before July 1st, third and final payment will be
due in the form of a cashier's check when they pick their bull up on August
2nd or 3rd.

The bull will be considered sold for the entire amount of the purchase and
it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay that full amount of the
purchase. We will just be extending the buyer some 90 day credit. We will do
everything humanly possible to insure safe delivery of the animal but cannot
anticipate an act of God and something happening to the animal everyone
knows how that goes.

Conditions of Sale:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and fees unless otherwise stated by seller.

Payment is due within 7 days of Closing auction and picked up within two weeks.
